Yoga Stiles - Somatic Movement
Yin Yoga Somatic Release + Chakra Fascia Healing, Meditation.
Yin Yoga is an in-depth, transformative practice. It incorporates the elements of passive, non-striving, and long-held poses targeting the yin-like tissues of the body. It’s about feeling, letting go, observing sensations, and tuning into the flow of energy within. The pillars of the practice are cultivating the art of stillness, surrendering to what is, and surfing the edge of resistance. My mission and expertise lie in somatic release, energy work, and spiritual healing, guiding you to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your true self. Physically, Yin Yoga is nourishing for the joints, supports the body's natural vitality, and awakens your own internal medicine—the fountain of youth—benefiting every system of the body.
Chakra Healing is a holistic practice that focuses on balancing the body's energy centers to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through somatic awareness, breathwork, meditation, and visualization, we release blockages, restore harmony, and enhance the flow of vital energy (prana), deepening self-awareness and cultivating inner alignment.

Mandala Vinyasa Yoga
Mandala Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and energising fluid Vinyasa system where the sequence is designed to create a 360° movement around the mat, forming a sacred geometric figure that utilises all directions. The methodology used in this class is connected to the four elements: air, fire, water, and earth, along with their corresponding Chinese meridians and chakras.
These elements are based on the Mayan calendar, which I use daily.
Each element corresponds to a different body focus: the front, the back, the outer, and the inner parts of the body.
For instance, in the Earth element, we work on the back of the body through forward bends, stretching, and lengthening the posterior ligaments of the legs and the spine.
The chakra associated with this element is the first chakra, Muladhara Chakra, and the corresponding meridian is that of the kidneys.
This magical sequence is a true ritual where, through the practice of asanas and breathing, you will feel more connected with the subtle energies within you.
Ashtanhga + Rocket 1
Ashtanga is a traditional and structured system of yoga that combines breath (pranayama), posture (asana), and focus (drishti) to create a dynamic and meditative practice.
The practice is characterized by its flowing sequence of postures connected by vinyasa, a synchronization of movement and breath, which generates internal heat and promotes detoxification. The consistent structure allows practitioners to develop discipline and mindfulness while fostering flexibility, strength, and balance. Ashtanga Yoga is both a physical and spiritual journey, emphasizing self-discipline (tapas), internal focus (pratyahara), and meditation (dhyana) as steps toward self-realization.
Rocket Yoga is a fast-paced, playful adaptation of Ashtanga Yoga. Created by Larry Schultz, it blends elements of the Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced series into accessible, creative flows. Known for its inversions and arm balances, Rocket encourages freedom, strength, and exploration in practice.
This is not just movement.
It’s practice, it’s return, it’s shared sacred space.
